The third and final Knowledge Exchange Workshop in Cyprus took place today, hosted by SYNTHESIS.

This was a chance to provide project updates to the national Community of Practice and integrated migrant women who attended, as well as ask for their perspectives as we develop our online mentoring course.

Some interesting takeaways from this morning's online EPALE discussion on "Reskilling & Upskilling: Fostering Intergenerational cooperation", involving UNICA - Network of Universities from the Capitals of Europe, OBESSU and the European Youth Forum.

Relevant to INFORMER was the promotion of intergenerational dialogue which our mentoring scheme will foster, as well as the validation of non-formal learning like the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) we are building.
