INFORMER project partners met this morning to discuss our initial research findings on online training resources in support of our MOOC development.
The prototype version of our Digital Platform will be ready to pilot in May! Project partners met today to discuss our research into other online training platforms as we embark on the design of our own MOOC.
We will also have a prototype of our Digital Platform ready to pilot in the coming weeks! Project partners met online this week for our third transnational meeting. During Day 1, we discussed the finalisation of our Best Practice Handbook, technical development of the INFORMER Digital Platform as well as the MOOC mentoring course that will be housed on it. Day 2 covered the continuing formation of our Community of Practice, impact assessment and planning for the next stages of stakeholder outreach.
Thanks to all partners for their valuable contributions and participation! Italian project partner Fo.Ri.Um. hosted the final INFORMER stakeholder event of 2021 today! Their second of three national Knowledge Exchange Workshops welcomed attendees from a variety of Italian organisations who offered their feedback and advice on the resources we are developing.
As Fo.Ri.Um. is leading the development of the Social Integration Mentoring Supporter MOOC, input from these external experts is extremely valuable as we begin constructing the training course in early 2022. Keep an eye out for your invite to the final series of Knowledge Exchange Workshops taking place in all six partner countries next summer! Greek project partner Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (IED) hosted the second of three Knowledge Exchange Workshops taking place in their country.
This event was a chance to share project news with Greek stakeholders, as well as gain their input in the design of the Digital Platform which IED is responsible for building. Piloting of all our resources will begin in March next year - keep an eye out for your invitation to participate! Project partners joined a call today to discuss the logistics of a potential face-to-face meeting in Italy next month and reviewed the topics which will appear on the agenda.
The first official version of our Best Practice Handbook on the Social Integration of Migrant Women will be ready to share early next year! 'It was great to have the opportunity to present INFORMER as part of the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion's 'Migrant and Refugee Integration Innovations' webinar today, alongside Materahub, Catnova and Red Acoge.
There were some definite synergies with the other initiatives being showcased and we hope to link up with the respective organisations as part of stakeholder outreach! Swedish project partner Folksuniversitetet Uppsala hosted their second Knowledge Exchange Workshop today! Feedback received from these stakeholders will be collated with data collected from all other partner countries to inform the next stage of output development. ![]() |
